About Nigel

Nigel has lived in Bracon Ash for thirty five years. He is a retired surgeon and GP. He has been a District Councillor for Mulbarton Ward for the past twelve years. He is a member of Bracon Ash and Hethel Parish Council and Chairman of Edith Cavell Day Centre in Swardeston.

Nigel is a past Governor of Mulbarton Primary School. He takes a keen interest in the Ladybelt Country Park in Ketteringham. He is a keen gardener and supports the local Open Gardens Schemes. Nigel is an experienced local community champion with a proven commitment to hard work and local service

About Gerry

Gerry is a retailer in Norwich who specialises in selling furniture and soft furnishings has lived locally all his life. He was born in Loddon and attended local schools. He is married and has three daughters and six grandchildren. As a retailer, listening carefully to people to understand their needs and concerns comes naturally to Gerry.

He is a good people person who is focused on creating solutions to problems in a business-like manner. Gerry is a keen sportsman and knows how important it is for people of all ages to have active and healthy lifestyles. He is an active member of a gym and a golf club Gerry is keen to help local people enjoy the best quality of life by ensuring that the Council invests in things that can make local villages proper communities and great places to live.
